Die Europäische Kommission hat am  das Release 2024.1 der INSPIRE UML-Modelle veröffentlicht.

Die Änderungen wurden im Rahmen des Governance-of-INSPIRE-Artefacts-Prozesses innerhalb der Arbeitsgruppe "Governance of INSPIRE Artefacts", der MIG-T und der MIG abgestimmt, siehe auch Governance of INSPIRE artefacts - neuer Workflow zur Pflege der INSPIRE Artefakte. 

Die INSPIRE UML-Modelle werden zweimal jährlich aktualisiert, das nächste Release ist am  geplant. 

Das Release 2024.1 der INSPIRE UML-Modelle umfasst größere ("breaking") und kleinere ("non-breaking") Änderungen. Ein Großteil der Änderungen resultiert aus dem Inkrafttreten der Verordnung (EU) 2023/2431 zur Änderung der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 1089/2010 zur Durchführung der INSPIRE-Richtlinie hinsichtlich der Interoperabilität von Geodatensätzen und -diensten.


  • #146 - [PF] Changed the definition of the ProductionInstallation feature type and defined the datatype of the “type” attribute of the ProductionInstallationPart feature type.
  • #145 - [EF] Added a new attribute "thematicId" to the spatial object type AbstractMonitoringObject.
  • #143 - [TN - Water] Removed “abstract” stereotype for the TrafficSeparationScheme feature type.
  • #142 - [TN - Railway] Removed the attribute "fictitious" of the RailwayLink feature type.
  • #141 - [TN - Air] Defined the datatype for the "controlTowers" association of the AerodromeNode feature type.
  • #138 - [HH] Added new attributes to the EnvHealthDeterminantMeasure feature type, added new feature types and removed some data types.
  • #137 - [LU] Fixed the typo in the attribute "backgroundMapURI" of the data type BackgroundMapValue.
  • #135 - [SU - Grid] Changed a constraint for the StatisticalGridCell feature type.
  • #134 - [SU - Vector] Added a new attribute “statisticalUnitType” to the VectorStatisticalUnit feature type and a new codelist “StatisticalUnitTypeValue”.
  • #131 - [LU] Added association to the LandCoverUnit feature type.
  • #129 - [PS] Introduced several changes.
  • #127 - [HY] Changed the data type of the geometry attribute of the DrainageBasin feature type and added a geometry constraint.
  • #150 - [SR] Converted ShoreSegment object from feature type to data type.
  • #149 - [SR] Removed the attribute “extent” from the "Sea" and the "MarineCirculationZone" feature types and added the related constraints.
  • #140 - [AD] Defined the datatype for the "building" association of the Address feature type.
  • #50 - [CP] Aligned the structure of the UML with the other data themes.
  • #130 - Converted enumerations into codelists


Die Änderungen korrespondieren mit entsprechenden Änderungen der zugehörigen XML-Schemata und/oder der Technical Guidance Dokumente.
